Easy Ways to tone up

Getting exercise into your day is not as hard as you may think. There are so many ways you can quick sneak in a mini workout that you can maintain a great body.
While you are doing dishes, try balancing on one foot. This is great to tone your legs and but. Or you could try to do calf raises as well.
IF you are waiting for your lunch to heat up in the microwave, do some squats to get your butt looking its best. Or while using the rest room, do some bicep curls or shoulder presses.
Try doing arm circles while watching tv, or leg lifts while reading a magazine. Or just fidget during the day to burn off extra calories.
Try getting in a few minutes of gentle stretching before going to bed at night. And start off every day with some stretching as well. You will soon find out toning up is not as hard as you thought.
